Which course can my friend pursue abroad?
My friend completed his M.Sc in maths from India. He wants to pursue his higher studies from Australia or Canada.

Hi Agja Umang, ask your friend what he wants to do with his career on a long term basis. Since he has M.Sc. Degree, applying for a second Masteru2019s degree won't be easy. Ask him to check this list and help him figure out his interests. https://studyabroad.shiksha.com/ms-in-abroad-dc11509.
