Which course can one do after B.com, if not interested in MBA as thats long term course.. just a side by side course
which course can be done after bcom (not intrested in mba, weak communication skill, gud in accounts) to increase level on job. currently working in back office

As a student from commerce background, you have many career option to choose from but the selection of course must be based on your interest and expertise. .
1) A chartered accoutant is a professional with the highest level of knowledge in accounting, auditing and taxation.

Its M Com since you are not interested in MBA, You might also be interested in actuarial sciences

Dear Sayali, you can opt for a PGDM course for 1 yr or you can opt for Diploma courses in Banking, Insurance or HR.
