Which course/certification can put the prefix of doctor (Dr.) in one's name?

Doctors, PhD Awardees use Dr.as prefix

Dear Durgadevi, You have to do P.hD if you want to get Dr. in front of your name. But, for this, you should perform well in M.Pharmacy and speak to your teacher or mentor for the further action. All the best.

You have two options to get a Dr. in front of your name. You can either undertake medical degree education or undertake PhD in area of your interest in the filed of pharmacy.
