which course do we need to pursue before doing PG in mass communication?
I am in 2nd year pursuing mass communication from prestige institute, Indore. Which course do I need to prepare for my PG as I am interested in radio and reporting.

You are already on the right track and therefore you need not pursue anything else other than studying BJMC.
