Which course field is better among culinary and B.Sc?

Both are different subjects. It cannot be compared to each other. So, I would suggest you to follow your interest & passion. As per scope wise B.Sc is a subject which has an overall scope while getting placed. But culinary would give you a specific domain to work on after completion of the course. It all depends on your own interests !! BSC depends on a good scope and . Culinary depends on different base models .and subjects ! It's only based on your own interests -
Depends on your passion towards culinary arts. If that is what you wish to follow them follow that. But B.Sc would be an overall better choice.
