Yes, HR is one of the most sought after specialisations while pursuing MBA. So it has good scope, but only if done from a good and reputed college. The top three colleges are XLRI Jamshedpur, SCMHRD Pune and TISS Pune.

I will suggest you do MBA in HR. The degree programme in Maters in Business Administration is one of the most jobs provider educational degree course in the world. There's no best specialisation in MBA. All are good and have great opportunities. My suggestion always is to choose a field which you like.
