Which course has a better scope and why: Commercial Architecture or Urban Planning?

To have more insights, you need to first understand about both of these streams: (#) Commercial Architecture: It involves planning, design and construction management of commercial and retail facilities which require attention of functionality, flexibility and costs. These days, it becomes slightly difficult to expand the horizons of commercial architecture. Local authorities commonly maintain strict regulations on commercial zoning and have the authority to designate any zoned area as such. A business must be located in a commercial area, or area zoned at least partially for commerce. (#) Urban Planning: This leads you to more sophisticated path. Jobs where your degree would be useful include: civil service administrator, community development worker, environmental manager, landscape architecture, planning and development surveys, and (or) sustainability consultant.
