If you are interested in IT sector or in computers then please go for B.Sc IT and if you are interested in commerce sector or want to become a CA then go for B.Com.
But only doing B.Com is not good because there are lakhs and lakhs of student with B.Com.
B.Com + CA is good. As far as B.Sc IT is concerned, it is very good even if you do not do any other course with it i.e. only doing B.Sc IT and only on the basis of B.Sc IT (provided you have skills), you can get a job in an IT company.
After B.Sc IT, post graduation course like MCA can be more beneficial. So, it really depends on your interest.
