I am assuming that you have done your graduation in Biotechnology, it makes a lot of sense for you to do MBA in Healthcare, Hospital Administration or Pharma. Unless, you want to go for research, teaching, aspire to do your doctorate, etc.

If you are interested in research or love science, then you can go for M.Sc in biotech. If you love crowd and cash, then you should go for MBA in hospital management.

MBA connects your 'Science with business'. That is, what matters the most for your future. If you like Science only, go for M.Sc. How far will it take you? Do your MBA in Hospital or Pharma and plenty of opportunities will open.
