MBA will be a better option since they have better career opportunities and a good brand value.

Both the degrees deal with different curricular or domains as both will give you different exposure. After MBA, you may go for the following:
    1. You can become an entrepreneur.
    2. You can decide the structures in an organisation.
    3. You can go for any operations profile.
    4. You can be a HR Manager.
    5. You can become a marketing manager.
    6. You can become a finance manager, whereas, after M.Sc, you may go for the following:
    1. Teaching line.
    2. Technical profile.

MBA has a wider scope because you can enter all types of industries but in case of mathematics, the choice of industries becomes limited. Also, MBA offers faster job opportunities as compared to Masters in any subject.

Both the courses are special in their own sense. It is you who have to decide what your interest lies in.
