    I believe the scope for career growth depends on many things like your work location, employer, designation, relevant experience, skillset, etc. However, if you compare Hotel Management and Culinary Arts, Hotel Management wins the race.
    Hotel Management is multidisciplinary and covers specializations like Food & Beverage, Human Resources, Culinary Arts, Food Production, Bartending, Nutrition, and more, it obviously has more and better employment options.
    So, if you are into Culinary Arts Management, you should stick to this specialisation and explore the areas of growth in your respective field.
