Dear Narain, I would say Diploma+B.Tech has more scope as compare to BCA. Lovely professional University is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. BCA makes you adept at the application level of computers whereas B.Tech makes you proficient at the technical level (Software, Hardware, applications etc. ). It depends upon your interest.
