    It depends on what you have planned for your career
    If you want to be in technical field then definitely ME/ M.Tech is a choice for you
    If you are looking more money side and to leave the engineering background, then you should opt MBA, but from tier1 institutes only.
    When the question comes which MBA, you may need to look into your own prospects, plan etc
    if you are interested in human behaviour, managing and developing people MBA in HR is a good option but that will not give you a higher salary. If you are from top 30 B schools like TISS, XLRI, Symbiosis, IIMs, you may get around 8 lakhs p.a.
