    A comparison between the two courses would not be easy. A general preference is an engineering degree. B Tech is a professional qualification of 4 years duration comprising of eight semesters. If are confident that you can handle the pressures of a four year B Tech Programme, then your choice will not be bad, Pay and Perks as well as employability seem to be on the rise for B Tech graduates through campus placements and alternatives with industrial trends showing acceleration of growth around the globe.     Both the course are better. Need to study properly.
    If you are opting B.Sc, then there are so many specialized subjects to choose before pursuing. Need to understand your command in a particular subject and enroll.
    As far as B.tech concern, this is very reputed course in India. Bachelor of technology will give you more privilege in the software field. Based upon your interest you can choose. Al the very best!
