    Hi Amit,
All courses are equally good, however what matters is what do you wish to pursue. Depending on your aspiration and future goals you need to select an appropriate course that will help you transform your goals into reality.
As you have not mentioned your interest area, it'll be a little difficult to answer you aptly.
Hence, would request you to analyse on your future goals and aspirations and then write back with your concern.
    Thanks!

If you are interested in research area like u want to go deep into the working of something or you want to know about every thing you see then go for BSc Physics.
But if you have a mind which accepts things as it is and you think just to implement those then you should select Btech. Because Btech is just implementation of the thing which are created by the scientist.

Yeah above all your past career matters. If you are a good student and good at thinking then only you

In my opinion Btech can offer a brighter career because it can give you a better salary package. Rest all depends on your interest also. Log in to some good college sites to check in for good academic benefits, check sites like JNTU, JECRC, LPU, RV etc
