Both CSE and ECE are having good prospectives. It depend upon your interest
in which filed you want to go. There are more job opportunities in CSE streams if i talk about placements. Also one can open his own work after doing CSE degree.
Try to get into good some top university as:
    1. VIT
    2. Lovely Professional University
    3. GNDU

With opportunities for campus placement including multinationals in many colleges in our country every year, both streams are in good demand. It was found that there is a slightly higher tendency among students and parents to choose ECE which is more preferred. But if you are getting placed in IT companies, stream may not matter, the company will be providing training facilities. Again it depends on where you want to see yourself after the course.
