Hi Rashmi,
Since M.A in Public Relation requires you to have an undergraduate degree in it as well, you wont be able to fetch much career opportunities in it.
However, you are a B.Com graduate. An MBA degree after B.Com will add a step to the corporate ladder.

MA Pub. Ad. is good only when you are intended towards a job realed accordingly. It would be better to join MBA as it is universal in nature and can be used anywhere.Regards/
