You can't compare both these fields as these are entirely different from each other. But, if we consider both options independently, pursuing them from a reputed college will always be helpful. Also, if you pursue MBA from a top-50 college, if will be of great help. Make a choice on the basis of your interest and not on the basis of which one looks good as in the end, only your interest will be something that will matter.

Monetary prospects are better for those who pursue MBA over M.Sc. The reason being MBA caters to various streams like HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, Operations, etc. whereas M.Sc restricts one to only technical domain. Also, one has a better chance to gain promotion being from an MBA background rather than being an M.Sc graduate.
Another thing is you can pursue MBA irrespective of your graduation field I.e. B.Sc + MBA can also be done. Nevertheless, what matters the most is your interest; whether it lies in making a career in the management sector or technical sector. I hope it helps in making you a sound decision.
