Both M.Tech Mechanical Engineering and M.Tech Civil Engineering at the School of Engineering and Technology, Noida International University (NIU), offer good placement opportunities, but they differ in the average salary packages and placement rates.

    • M.Tech Mechanical Engineering graduates have a higher placement rate, often securing jobs in leading companies with average salary packages ranging from INR 4 to 7 LPA.
    • M.Tech Civil Engineering students experience relatively lower placement rates, with average packages typically between INR 3 to 5 LPA.

The Mechanical Engineering program at the Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology (NIET) has a great placement record. The highest package offered to a student from the Mechanical Engineering program was 11 lakhs INR per annum by Voltas Ltd. The M.Tech in Civil Engineering field can be competitive, with many fresh graduates competing for high-demanding positions. So, as my opinion is M.Tech Mechanical Engineering  is recommended.
