Which course has better scope among BCA + MBA in IT and BBA in IT + MBA in IT?

Pursuing MBA after completing BBA is better. My suggestion is to pursue MBA in IT after completing BBA in IT.

Why do companies prefer as such? Why not BCA + MBA in IT?
