BCA is the better option than B.Sc. IT and if you pursue MCA after that then it will surely boost your career and give you a better chance of getting a good job because of its high scope.

both the branches have a better scope !but IT having more demand because of we having more IT companies like Infosys ,wipro ,TCS so I would prefer a IT over CSE
