I think both have an equivalent scope in terms of job opportunities and placement. But, as the software field is in popularity and demand now, B.Tech in CSE seems to be a bit better according to me.

Dear Satyajit, It obviously B.Tech CSE which has maximum scope out of these !
Being a four year programme which is highly dynamic in nature in universities like LPU, it has become first choice of lacs of students in India. To tell you the truth recruiters mostly prefer engineering students over B.Sc. It has become an outdated degree nowadays. It is mainly concentrated over theoretical approach on programming. Whereas in the case of B.Tech, students are given more practical exposure to programming which is extremely beneficial while applying for a Masters or a job. So, CSE it is, but from great universities like LPU !

Well among these B.Tech CSE is having a wider scope and for the programme I would like to recommend Lovely professional university. LPU It is one of leading private universities in North. I think if you are really good with your studies and interested in higher studies then you should definitely go for B.Tech and after that pursue M.Tech. You will get major opportunities and scope.

First, let's talk about B.Sc and B.Tech in CSE

Now we come to the Masters in computer science, as it's the only Masters level degree mentioned among all other Bachelors degree. Surely, it will have more scope as per Jobs and higher education (if you want to pursue).

B.Tech in CSE would be much more beneficial and have a better scope over B.Sc. Because, nowadays recruiters give much preference to engineering students over B.Sc course students.

B.Tech and CSE has comparatively better scope, as it is linked to software technology, so it has a very high scope in India.
