Which course has better scope, B.Sc (Hons) in zoology, B.Sc (Hons) in life sciences or B.Sc in nursing?

I have got my name in the merit list of Ramjas College in both B.Sc (Hons) in zoology and life Sciences. I have secured 95 rank in B.Sc in nursing in GGIPU. I belong to OBC category. I live in Delhi.
