Which course has better scope, BCA or B.Sc in CS?

I will suggest you to pursue B.Sc. in CS and after that you can do Masters in the same as there are great opportunities for you. All the best.

Both the degrees have similar scope. Unless you complete PG after these degrees you may not get a meaningful role in Indian IT industry.
