As you do not want to study after graduation, BCA will be a better career option. It is in fact the most accepted graduation degree for entry level IT jobs. Without PG, you will have difficulty in career progression. You are advised to revisit your decision of not doing PG.

B.Sc.in IT it will be a good choice for uhh ...as it enhance ur learning power nd has good scope too uhh dooo ur msc in sme course ....

Students holding a B.Sc. IT Degree have advanced job opportunities in Database Operations & management and Internet Technology. Students with a BCA Degree are favored for jobs such as Computer Systems Analyst, Computer Programmer, Software Developer.

Career opportunities are definitely higher for BCA graduates since they are more ready to work on the platform they have been taught in universities or institutes. On the other hand, students of B.Sc. Computer Science are good at aptitude butmight need further training on specific aspect of the job.

I think, BCA is better than B.Sc in IT because in comparison BCA is more concentrated towards software field and the applications of computers.

Scope wise, BCA is a better choice than B.Sc IT, but BCA is not so useful, if you don't want to pursue MCA in you post-graduation.
