Which course has better scope, BCA or BBA? Can I get a government job after completing any of these courses?

I have completed my class 12th in science.

    For science students, your preference should as:
    1. BCA.
    2. BBA.
    Both are the UG courses and offer good job opportunities in government and private sector. BCA will again insist you to pursue MCA to get decent jobs. But, as a BBA graduate you can directly prepare for government jobs as bank PO, SSC, etc.
