Which course has better scope in India: B.Sc zoology or B.Sc microbiology?

I have just passed my class 12th exams. My subjects were biology, chemistry, physics, English and physical education. I scored 95% marks in my boards.

    B.Sc Zoology is a very nice course for higher studies and for joining the teaching side, after doing this course one can appear for Indian Forest Service (IFoS) exam. Even positions are available in Central Government Offices like Zoological Survey of India, etc. For Research Fellows/Doctoral degree holders.
