    Computer Science is 3 years of Graduation course while B.Tech is 4 years of Graduation course after which you will get Engineer's Degree. B.Sc. CS will teach you about computer application but won't focus much on coding. So I would suggest you for B.Tech Computer Science.     Since you are interested in Software Engineering course let me tell you the major difference between B.Tech. CSE & B.Sc. Computer Science course. B.Sc. CS course teaches one about computer applications but it doesn't cover coding in detail whereas B.Tech Computer Science is all about coding.
