Which course has better scope M.Sc in HR or MBA in HR? How is HR field in terms of career opportunities?

HR is highly recommendable, if you want easy going life. Even at times of recession, HR would still be there, there is no effect on HRs ever. So yes, HR is an evergreen field and have lots of career opportunities. MBA is better than M.Sc.

According to me, doing MBA is better instead of M.Sc in HR as MBA provides more enhancements to your career.

Dear Chaitanya, Among M.Sc and MBA, I would recommend you to go for MBA. Secondly, since most of the colleges offer dual specialisation and you have done B-Tech as well, better go for dual specialisation of HR with IT.

Dear Chaitanya, You are most welcome. You can opt for any specialisation based on your interest. Supply Chain Management and Logistic also has a good scope. You only need to make sure that you pursue PGDM or MBA from a reputed college or university.
