Which course has better scope, VFX or CS?

If we SEE the main field of study, then it looks like CSE is the wider term. The VFX has its own niche these days. After the movies like Chaar sahibzaade and Bahubali, VFX has made a big splash. At present there are about 300 VFX studios in country expanding every moment, India being a less expensive labour economy gets a large number of outsourced projects from abroad. So yes, If passion and aptitude both combine for VFX, then there is nk field better than it. LPU provides both the programs with the latest industry designed programme curriculum All the best.

Hi Sakshi, It is totally based on your own interest whether you would like to proceed with your career in VFX on CS. I just want to say that whatever you do from where we do just think it twice thrice at least you must not regret after few years that you have chosen a wrong career. One name is coming on remind which is one of the best and premier institute of the India lovely professional University Jalandhar Punjab. They offer both the programs but I can assume that you would have more Steep interest in VFX. Just few days ago I have inquired and I came to know that they are running 6 different Undergraduate degrees under the School of Animation. Out of those six separate degrees, two were of Gaming: B.Sc (Design-Gaming) 3 years Degree. B. Design (Gaming) 4 Years Degree. As per LPU, they says that they provide 100% placement to all the eligible candidates and the placement aspiring candidates. Online admissions are in process at LPU, which means their academic Executives will be taking calls to guide the candidates. You can try calling them or visit their website to know the updated fee structure also. I heard they have relaxed their eligibility criteria for various programmes aiming to facilitate the candidates against COVID 19 pandemic. All the best.

Dear Sakshi, Well both the courses are better, Personally I will suggest you to go for CS. As the world is shrinking and is becoming more and more digital, the scope for Computer Science is on a rise. You must have heard people from other specializations (Mechanical, Civil, Electronics, etc. ). Working in the Computer Science area. Hello! Both the fields are completely way apart and have their own importance. It's like Air and water, as we can't decide which is more beneficial, in the same way VFX and CS both are booming career these days, but you should go along with the option that gets aligned with your interest. The most important aspect of computer Science is problem solving, an essential skill for life. Students study the design, development and analysis of software and hardware used to solve problems in a variety of business, scientific and social contexts. Individuals who seek creative jobs in the technical, advertising or animation field can consider VFX and animation programme. These programmes enable you to express your creativity through animation, graphics and other visual tools. These courses are also required in the technical field to design graphics for websites. With this you need to make sure you choose a right academic partner that caters your all round development. I have done my engineering from Lovely Professional University and I can confidently say LPU has all the required facilities from technology to faculty members to infrastructure for the complete learning.
