Which course has more demand among SAP, Java, cloud computing, amazon web service, cisco and linux? I'm from mechanical background.

Each of the vendor certifications is valuable in its own right. There is no guarantee of employment simply by earning five AWS certifications without any relevant work experience, as AWS in practice differs from what might be considered by AWS to be the ideal solution in an exam or book study. Moreover, AWS cert content expires really quickly as product updates and turnover happen every month in this space.
