It totally depends on you if you want to be a little managerial as well as a little technical then you can go for MBA, as doing MBA would provide you with a plethora of opportunities ahead. So, it totally depends on how you want your life ahead.

I think if you are really good with your technicals, then you should go for M.Tech and prepare for it. Also, if you think that you are quite good at aptitude and reasoning then you can try for MBA also.
