    Passing of compaies act 2013 and other laws have increased the work requirements of both areas
    In CS it has increased more
    They have secretarial audit , due dligence and compliance
    Compliance is very lucative field where multiple lakhs are paid for the work of big companies
    Hence conclusion CS has more opportunities
