    Both has appropriate equal demand.on which subject you grip, you can select that, and if you do Masters on the same subject, you can have more scope and job opportunities. All the best

    B.Sc biotech. and B.Sc microbiology. are equivalent in scope.
    Biotechnology is a vast branch consisting of biochemistry and microbiology as papers for study.
    B.Sc microbiology deals with the study of microorganism in the depth.
