Civil engineering and Computer engineering are completely different in their fields where in civil you study about building, surveying, construction where as in computer Science you'll need to go towards programming, algorithms, computer. It's your choice to choose which suits you. All the best.

Either to do civil engineering or CS, it totally depends upon the individual's interest, which is entirely personal. On the other hand, doing any of these course at Chandigarh university is good, because it is hailed as north India's best private university.
