Which course has more scope in abroad among MBA and M.Tech? I have completed my BBM with 60%.

Both the programs have different career prospects, you can't compare. I don't quite get your query however, you are from a BBM background so you are not eligible for M.Tech anyways. Either go for MBA or MS Management.
