MBA is better than MCA in terms of in value.

1) mca is specialised course to become engineer.
2) mba is such course everybody to do after some experience, in any field manager is the top position
3) 1st complete mca
4) then do mtech and then finally mba

If you already having technical background then you should opt for MBA in Information Technology management. It will be more helpful for your career.
