Which course has scope for getting into jobs in Canada: either PG Diploma or Masters?

Hi Bala, different programs have different career outcomes. Your approach of comparing the two is incorrect. Now, Masters are better for research oriented careers. PG Diploma are accelerated programs, most are professional programs. Decide according to your career interest.
