B.Tech has more job options for you than B.Sc because:
    I) B.Tech will give you a technical hand which is highly preferred by companies.
II) B.Tech will give you more salary in any firm or company.
III) The syllabus of B.Sc is vast and it is far more than B.Tech syllabus. So, if you are a decent student, you will do great in engineering.
IV) You have more career options available after B.Tech.
    V) You have an opportunity of foreign placements through B.Tech while simple B.Sc will not get you a foreign call.
So, you can apply to one of these top colleges if you are interested in pursuing B.tech:
    - PTU, Chandigarh
    - DTU, Delhi
    - Thappar Universit

It is easier to get a job with B.Tech. On the other hand, some mathematics teachers earn a lot of money. It all depends on your individual choice and your parental guidance.

Both are good. So many students are switching to B.Tech, thus I would recommend you to score high and gain as much as you can because that is what matters and then you will never lack in opportunities.

B.Sc is more like limited when compared to B.Tech. B.Tech is what most of the employers look for nowadays. B.Sc maths can be a good foundation for something interesting ahead.

If given a choice between these two courses, I will suggest you to go for B.Tech because of the following reasons:
Syllabus: You will get an opportunity to learn a lot because of comparatively bigger and vast syllabus than B.Sc.
Industry exposure: Almost all of the B.Tech courses have some kind of industry exposure for the student, however this is not that common in B.Sc.
Mathematical skills: This is from my experience, I have seen B.Tech graduates to have better mathematical knowledge than B.Sc graduates. This is the reason behind most of the graduates from IIMs being engineers.
Employability: It seems B.Tech graduates seems to have an a
