    Apart from MBA which is an obvious choice, you can also do certification courses depending upon your personal interest and in areas in which you can work practically.

    MBA or any post graduation diploma in any management specialisation. Both are equally good and have wider scope.

    Hello,
    Since your graduation is in the management field, it will do you good to do a masters in the same field. So MBA is a natural choice for you.
    But if you are interested in specific fields, you could look diploma courses in Retail management, telecom etc

    BBA is a specific course meant for management field so if you dont want to switch the field than you have only management related option as MBA and PGDM.
