Which course I should do from either B.Com or BBA for IIM with a backup plan?

You should do BBA as it will help you with your goal of IIM. While If you pursue B.Com then you will have to study both the different things. And also as a backup plan, BBA is a good option.

It's better to go with B.Com because it will help you gain some experience in numbers. After B.Com prepare well from previous years question papers, you can easily qualify.
