Which course in HR should I pursue for better career prospects?

I have completed M.B.A in H.R & Marketing stream.

    Hi,
    Any additional course will not help you, unless you are already working somewhere. You should look for a fresher's job in any organisation. Unless your MBA is from a tier 1 B school, it will not be easy to get placement in a good organisation. You should try with different permutations and combinations. You may also look for opportunities with SBI, BHEL, NTPC, ONGC who hires trainee in HR (only MBA full time with 60% and above marks). You may look for career in small and medium enterprises who find difficulty to pay high salaries to tier 1 B school graduates.     Hi Belleda, just try to trigger out if you are interested in Corporate HR or Plant HR. You will be able to focus more on IR if you interest in Plant HR. HR is a fast field and can get you kool expertise running an org / MNC.
