Hi Angad, I think B.Com provides an idea about the papers in CA to some extend.

It depends upon which concourse UVR is opting Angad i.e. CA CPT, CA, IPP or CA.

At the site of the college, there's no option mentioned for CA and how do I know which option is correct?

If you look for similar in CA, then you can also choose CMA CS.
