Which course is a better option amongst B.Tech and MCA?
I am interested in CS and mathematics but not in physics and chemistry.

If you are really interested in IT then you can choose to take the CSIT branch in engineering as it has better options for your future.
Secondly,B.tech is not all about physics and chemistry and if you are good at mathematics,then you will do very good in B.Tech.
