Which course is advisable for me: MBA or MSc in finance? I've done my B.Tech in Computer Science and currently working as trainee.

Definitely if you are confident of your ability as a Manager and are confident of your managerial skills MBA would be a better option to climb up the ladder

Hi Shaoli, I would suggest an MBA course as opposed to MSc Finance as being from a Technical background, it makes more sense to focus on management as a whole as opposed to just Finance.
