You may opt for specialized fields such as :

Computer Science
Value Engineering

There are courses in MTech on production technology. IIT Roorkee is good in this field.

After completing B.E you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Tech etc)
However as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.E. and then opt for further studies.
