if you have done BCA Better go with MCA so that you can get specialization in IT.

Your options are already given by Surya. But I want to mention that the scope is all deals with your personal interest. Both MCA & MBA has wide scope. MCA is relevant to development part and MBA relates to Management part. It's your choice to go for your area of interest. Good luck.
