Hi tarun, well first you have to develop a habit of exploring .After that .look for basic things like java,c+ etc.slowly you will understand all these things.& u can co-relete the things.if u have any problem you can google .because lots of sites are avlbl for free courses.now talking to your question.you can do b.tech or else go for certificate courses.all the best -
Hacking is legally not allowed and professional courses like certified ethical hackers are available. You may opt such courses. It comes with different level starting with basic level 1
