Which course is best for me after 12th?
I will complete my 12 from P.C.M with bio as a additional subject.

Dear Karpreet,
After completing your 12th you can think of doing graduation in your field and after that you will have many options to choose from. You will be able to do PG or Masters in your interest area. Good Luck.
