It's not necessary that a institute should be specialised for both Software and Game development.
Please be specific what exactly you are looking for and what's your interest to do.

Nope. BCA is a degree course which will teach you basic programming ideas and knowledge. To become Software developer or animation professionals you need to thorough proper training and courses.
